Your Task
- Individual operational project support for our customers on site
- Coaching of those responsible for implementation and supportive monitoring of implementation on site
- Teaching relevant improvement methods
- Operational support for our clients in the deep and sustainable anchoring of their own transformation capability (strategic, organizational, technological & cultural)
- Further development of relevant products & services for our portfolio
- Internal organizational development and responsibility

Your Profile
- Passion for process optimization and a good dose of entrepreneurial spirit with a sense for sustainable transformation, ecology and people
- Constructive and collaborative way of working
- Mobility & flexibility (60% travel)
- At least 3 (better: 5) years of professional experience in project management, in the application of common methods, in leading people
- Expertise & practical experience in several relevant areas (operational excellence, lean management, TPM, business process optimization, digitalization, sustainability strategy and management, organizational development, change management)
- Experienced in communication, presentation and moderation in German and English
- Experienced with MS Office applications and interested in new software solutions
- Completed studies, for example in business administration or industrial engineering
