Wanted: Personalities for sustainable transformations – Your role with us
As a project manager or consultant, the roles you take on for the customer are diverse. You are a process facilitator, questioner, decision maker, communicator, coach and sometimes mediator. In addition to demonstrable professional qualifications such as experience in (transformation) consulting for companies and/or in project management, concrete methodological knowledge in the areas of Lean / TPM / Kaizen as well as routine in presentation / moderation / coaching, you need one thing above all: personality.
