As a project manager or consultant, the roles you take on at the customer are diverse; you are (m/f/d) process facilitator, questioner, decision support person, communicator, coach and sometimes also mediator. In addition to proven professional qualifications such as experience in (transformation) consulting for companies and/or in project management, concrete methodological knowledge in the areas of Lean / TPM / Kaizen as well as routine in presentation / moderation / coaching, you need one thing above all for this: personality.
